COCOA PRODUCTS
Due to its unique qualities cocoa products are widely used in oilseed, confectionery and pharmaceutical industries. Though it is a well known fact that chocolate goods are developed from cocoa, actually there are 4 products of preprocessing developed from cocoa beans : cocoa - liquor (grated cocoa), cocoa - butter, cocoa - cake vella and cocoa - powder.

Cocoa-products are necessary components for the food-processing industry: cocoa grated and cocoa-butter are the basic raw materials in manufacture of chocolate and chocolate products, cocoa-powder is widely used in such lines of the food-processing industry as a confectionery, dairy, bakery.

COCOA POWDER
